Hi, I'm Gabbie

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Certified Sexologist, and Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional with years of experience working with individuals, relationships, and families navigating a wide-range of challenges. My practice is located in Central Connecticut and I offer a wide-range of services. My therapeutic passions include: working with fellow members of the queer community, people of alternative relationship styles and structures (poly/CNM/kink), and those touched by addiction. I am person-centered, affirming, non-judgmental, and passionate about what I do. In addition to my clinical work, I am equally driven to educate and supervise new providers and to create educational content for people seeking to live and love more intentionally & authentically.

As a queer person who lives and loves alternatively myself, my passion for the populations I serve runs deep. Over the last decade I have pursued training from experts in the therapy world on evidence-based modalities as well as topics related to sex & sexuality to best serve my clients clinically. I have also traveled the country attending some of the largest BDSM conferences and events in the US to learn from the experts who teach kink skills, practices, and ways of being to other kinksters. 

My celebratory approach to alternative relationships centers in a unique dual perspective of the clinical and the lived experience. With that, you can trust me to be ever-curious and always-affirming. Know that you will not need to waste session time educating me on what things are, as I already know. Instead we will focus on cultivating a deep collective understanding of what it all means specifically to you and how we can use that meaning to inform more conscious and intentional kink, ways of being in your relationships, and ultimately a healthier and happier life!
